This summer, Sånninggården has undergone a transformation that truly deserves attention. After intense — and at the same time wonderful — weeks filled with hard work and love for the place, the estate now stands in renewed splendor, ready to welcome both returning and new guests.
All the walls of the house have received a fresh coat of paint, as have the ceiling and the foundation. The result is a cohesive and harmonious expression that truly enhances the character of the estate. It feels as though the house has been given new life — and it shows!
On July 1st, we took over Sånninggården — and got started that very same day. With paint cans in hand and a strong work spirit, we dove into a summer marked by hard work, blazing sun, sweat, and a major transformation. The result: Sånninggården has been transformed from this:

Indoors, we’ve preserved the traditional style while breathing new life into the surfaces. Two bathrooms and two toilets have been renovated with great respect for the house’s character — carefully repaired, refreshed, and made inviting, without modernizing away its charm.
